This will be a bad advice, but I’d like to give one possible option.
I’ve looked over CSULB for their own official resources and found nothing (perhaps you should contact your department counselor or student adviser in general?).
Your best prediction for now is to choose any CCs out there and do a rough comparison. On assist.org of course.
UCLA for example, look at their course via just selecting “All Majors” and compare that to a certain CC.
Then open up another tab and do a converse: the CC you’ve selected to CSULB.
You can do a “rough” guess on which courses are transferable that way.
For example, Chemistry 101 in LACC is transferable to UCLA as Chemistry 20A&L. Chemistry 101 in LACC is also transferable to CSULB as Chemistry 111A.
So, you can do a sort of unofficial deductive reasoning that Chemistry 111A transfers to UC as Chemistry 20 A&L.
This was a horrible idea, but if you just want to have a rough idea, this is kind of a starter.
But my best advise is to look for official tools or official statements from the school. CC has a description of which courses are transferable next to the course name on general catalog.
All transfer students go through the same transfer process (for the most part) You should at least be on their level in terms of prep and GPA. Below are the Lower Division requirements a CC student would be following for Comp. Sci./ Comp. E
–UCSD–
For B.A. and B.S. Computer Science Programs:
Introductory Computer Programming Language Course offerings at the community college. The equivalent of CSE 8A is minimum preparation suggested.
Math 20A - Calculus I - for Science
Math 20B - Calculus II - for Science
Math 20C - Calculus and Analytic Geometry
Math 20F - Linear Algebra
Choose one group for the CSE lower division “General Science Requirement”:
Physics 2A - Mechanics and Physics 2B - Electricity and Magnetism
Chemistry 6A - General Chemistry I and Chemistry 6B - General Chemistry II
BILD 1 - The Cell and BILD 2 - Multicellular Life
BILD 3 - Organismic and Evolutionary Biology and BICD 100 - Genetics
–CAL–
Math 1A (Calculus)
Math 1B (Calculus)
Math 54 (Linear Algebra and Differential Equations)
CS 61A/61AS (Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs)
CS 61B/61BL (Data Structures)
CS 61C (Machine Structures)
CS 70 (Discrete Mathematics and Probability Theory)
EE 16A (Designing Information Devices and Systems 1)
All other UC’s will not be higher than these 3. They may have specific classes however so you should check their sites
Below is the sites for the 3 I’ve posted
Now take these results to your counselor and she will find you the courses you need. If you want results right now, you're gonna have to do some cross-referencing using the class description in each catalog as well as CSULB.
