How can we get instate tuition?

I was told that after one year of being at UC, it is very possible to get in state tuition by doing some simple things such as changing license plates to OHio, voter's registration etc. Does anyone know for sure what will work, and what has to be done?

Does anyone know?

My god, something taxguy doesnt know!

I have no clue either, but I'm look at cincinnati as well and was wondering, do you mean that after you've been a student there for a year you can get in-state tuition? Or is that if the person's family moves there?

Edit: I know you don't know for sure, but what do you mean in your question(I think I worded the above badly)

I have been told that after a student is there for a year, you can actually get instate tuition IF you do certain things such as taking courses in summer and more. I was trying to verify whether this is true and what other steps need be taken.
