How can we make Berkeley better?

<p>I have heard of this - not sure if this is what is meant, but there are some seemingly silly practices, where an EECS major friend of mine has something like too many units outside of the psych major to declare a psychology major (purely out of interest). OK I may be a little shaky on what exactly the situation was. Maybe something like, some classes wouldn’t let him in. Someone probably knows what I’m talking about. Now he’s not too worried, because he really is a dedicated EECS major with only some interest in other fields, but I can see this being a bigger problem to others, perhaps.</p>
