Nearly every school will have economics as a major and international relations as a major, but many schools don’t have an undergraduate business major through which you can take classes in business, accounting, marketing and so forth. So you will narrow your choices a lot if you focus on the availability of business classes for undergraduates and you have to decide how important that is to you. Many people just take those classes in an MBA program. Some outstanding schools in international relations/studies which I think don’t have undergraduate business courses: Middlebury, Johns Hopkins, Tufts.
