How closely did your PSAT score match your SAT score?

PSAT:
10- 185
11- 200

SAT:
oct- 2090
mar- 2230

PSAT is not an indicator of SAT score, but it’s close.

PSAT: 203
SAT: 2090

both junior year. so yeah I guess it was pretty much the same for me. Hopefully I can change that. I’m retaking them in June or May.

PSAT soph.: 197
SAT one week before PSAT junior year: 2160
PSAT junior year: 226 (yay)
SAT March: 2220

Freshman SAT (no preparation): 2270 (740 CR / 790 M / 740 W)
Junior PSAT (some preparation): 227 (74 CR / 80 M / 73 W)
Junior SAT (some additional preparation): 2400

The similarities significantly outweigh the differences.

Junior PSAT: 231 (no prep)
Junior SAT: 2360 (a little prep)

Junior 2009 PSAT: 57CR/64M/66W
March 2010 SAT: 620CR/640M/690W 10 essay

I’m almost embarrased to say.
Freshman year: 167 (169?) sorry, it was a while back
Sophomore year: 178
Junior year: 209 =[ =[ =[
2 Weeks Later –> November SAT of Junior year: 2300 =]

psat junior year 217
sat junior year 2260 =]

Sophomore PSAT: 207
First SAT (March), Junior year: 2070

I would have thought that having spent some time preparing that I would have improved at least a LITTLE bit. I am so ****ed right now. And the PSAT was after homecoming, so I thought that’s why I did so much worse than I thought I would. Apparently that wasn’t the reason because I got the same score after a full night’s sleep…

PSAT : 137
SAT: 2190

Yea, i had migrains while i was taking the PSAT :(

junior year psat - 1530 wah haha
actual sat - 2030

500 pt increase
i prepped, but not a lot.

psat isn’t a great indicator, at least in my case.

so, don’t fret if you did bas on psat.

PSAT-240
SAT-Hopefully 2400

Junior PSAT: 240, Sophomore SAT: 2380.

PSAT (Oct 2009): 197
SAT (Dec 2010): 2380

:P

PSAT Junior year: 1730
SAT Senior Year: 2270

Didn’t prepare at all for the PSAT.

Junior PSAT: 236
Junior SAT: 2400

Sophomore PSAT: 196
Sophomore SAT: 2160
Junior PSAT: 239

I’m even shocked by this.

Sophomore PSAT: 207 (no prep)
Junior PSAT: 226 (no prep)
Junior (March): 2210 (no prep)
Senior (October): 2320 (Direct Hits Volume 1 and Volume 2 + Blue Book)
Senior (December): 2400 (well, 2400 superscored)

On my PSAT, I got a 240. I have taken 5 practice SAT tests with the following results:
2380-Missed 1 Math, 2 SC, 1 Passge Based
2350-Missed 5 SC
2370-Missed 2 Math
2290-Missed 1 Math, 1 Finding Errors, 2 SC, 6 Passage Based <—Hopefully, this is an anomaly
2400-Missed 1 Math, 1 improving sentences, 1 SC, 1 Passage-Based
