They will tell you everything you would ever need to know when you get closer to college. I knew about as much as you do when I was in tenth grade. You’ll figure it out and there will be advisors to help you.

Okay, first of all your questions would have been a lot easier to read if you actually used correct punctuation and capital letters, but whatever.

Generally, you’ll pick your own classes with the help of an advisor. You’ll have various requirements to fulfill between your major, minor, and general education classes, so you’ll need to plan your schedule to fulfill those requirements, which will vary depending on what school you go to.

Your major/minor are what you’re going to college for. It’s not about fitting your major and minor into your schedule, it’s more about fitting your general education requirements and electives that you want to take into your schedule. Depeding on your school, you’ll take around 4-6 classes a semester (at my school, most take 5) that can be a combination of classes for your major, classes for your minor, electives, and classes that fulfill general education requirements. Some schools have very specific requirements for general education - like at mine, there are 4 specific classes that you must take as a freshman, while other schools’ requirements may be something like pick a history class, a social science class, etc. from an approved list of classes.

Your major and minor have required classes for you to take, so you know you have to take those. Most schools have general education requirements that you need to take, some of them may be specific required classes or a class of your choosig from a specific subject - pick what interests you, and you should have room for electives, classes you just take because you want to, not because they fulfill a requirement. As for medical school, I’m not really an expert on medical school, but medical schools will have certain requirements and classes that you have to take. A lot of schools have advisors specifically to help you with getting into medical school/figuring out what classes you need to take. Some of those classes may be requirements for your major, if you have a science as a major, otherwise you fit those classes in along with your major/minor/general ed classes.

Medicine is not a major in undergrad - you pick a major and make sure you complete the requirements for the med schools you’re appling to. There’s an entire section on this forum for medical school - look around there for more info abuot med school.
