I am a junior and have taken the ACT twice(34 was the highest).

My parents want me to take the SAT. If I take the SAT, will colleges automatically be able to see my score?

Also, if I don't do as well as on my ACT, will they only look at the ACT or also keep the SATin consideration?

Basically, do I have anything to lose by taking the SAT?

Please need help. urgent!!!

No. You have nothing to lose.

They let you pick AFTER the test whether or not you want to send the score to colleges :)

But doesn’t it go on my high school transcript.

You can choose to send you ACT scores, your SAT scores, or both. If you send just one type of test, only your scores on that type of test can be seen by college.

Regarding transcripts- it depends on the your school. Some schools will put scores on the transcript, others will not.
