She would qualify for the presidents merit scholarship for 12K a year. Out of state it costs 31K so with merit aid you start at 19K. USM has 7000 students. I think they have put a lot of money into the campus.</p>

The city was rebuilt in brick after a devasting fire years in 1866. Portland is the economic center of the state and the largest city. It is ranked No. 1 by Forbes. for “America’s Most Livable Cities.” American Institute for Economic Research ranked it number 20 on the list of Top 20 Best Small Cities for College Students. Ranked by Bon Appétit magazine as “America’s Foodiest Small Town” with over 230 restaurants.
