How competitive am I for Ivies?

For the whole of my academic career my parents have been telling me to go to an in-state college (I live in Texas) - however, recently one of my friends was accepted to Harvard (came as a shock to all of us), and I'm starting to look at some Ivy League schools too. Before I fully commit myself, though, I want to know if I stand a good chance at admittance - I don't want to do tons of research and then find out that I'm not actually that qualified.

GPA: 4.0 UW, 5.35 W
Rank: 8/441 (Top 2%)
PSAT: 231 (I will most likely get National Merit Finalist in the fall)
SAT: 2380 (800 Verbal, 780 Math, 800 Writing w/ 12 essay)

APs:

AP World History - 5
AP Language and Composition
AP US History
AP Psychology

Senior Year Classes:
AP English Literature
AP Calculus BC
AP Physics B
AP Government
AP Economics
AP Biology
AP Chemistry
ISM (Independent Study & Mentorship)
Band

Awards:
Stossel National Essay Contest - Honorable Mention
UIL Solo & Ensemble - 1st Division Solo (x2)

I know that I'm seriously lacking in awards - any advice on how to get more? Though I feel that I'm already a little late.

ECs
Band (7th-12th)
National Honor Society
Key Club
HOSA (Officer)

Other
Was a counselor at a one-week camp
250 volunteering hours
Certified Nurse Aide
Clinical experience - I spend 7.5 hours a week volunteering at local hospitals

Your stats are highly competitive, your ECs are not, if you really dream of going to an ivy league school, apply just for the heck of it, but if I were you I would play the money game and apply to decent instate schools for money.

A friend of mine had similar stats to yours and was denied from MIT for a lack of ECs, I feel, but he got a full ride to UVA still
