How competitive am I?

I’ve applied to several programs including national scholarships and DC congressional/WH internships, and I was wondering how competitive I am for these kinds of programs. I’ve divided it into various categories so you don’t have to read all of it if you find the HS activities irrelevant. I’m a first year.
Academics: top 150-165 state school; $22,000 scholarship, BS/MD program
4.0 GPA, 17 on campus hours completed, 104 total credits earned (AP/IB)

Semester 1/2 extracurriculars:
Several publications in outlets like the Baltimore Sun (got published in high school here), Georgetown Public Policy Review, Tampa Tribune, on political/foreign policy issues
Boko Haram research internship since January; materials to be disseminated to CENTCOM and State Department officials; the only first-year accepted into the program
Biophysics research assistant since October
Ebola campaign president (organized project to plant 1231 flags to raise awareness; organized conference with a Dean and former Yale research fellow; movement covered in university paper)
Cancer Center volunteer
Former campus newspaper correspondent and Winn Dixie pharmacy intern

Selected HS activities
Community service throughout; with cancer center, probably hitting 400 hours sooner or later
President of World Affairs Council, Young Democrats (founder as well)–voter registration drives, started a column in the school paper, etc.
IB & Lit Mag publication poetry editor; political contributor
NJCL ranked 1st nationally for greek life and literature; 8th in state (one of the largest states in the US) for roman republic history
