How competitive am I?

<p>I just finished my freshman year at UC-Berkeley and ended with a 3.8~ GPA. I've been thinking about transferring to a higher tier, private university, like Columbia, Dartmouth, UPenn, Stanford, and etc. How competitive is my GPA for these schools? What else should I work on to make me a competitive candidate?</p>
