How competitive are USF's transfer scholarships

I’m wondering if I’d be able to receive one, I’m getting my AA now but I’ll probably finish with a 3.8+ GPA, I’m a mechanical engineering major. I just wanna know around the stats I should have for it. I am a member of PTK to though but as of now I’m not in a leadership role but will seek to change that in fall I’m in other clubs to but I just wanna know the stats that are competitive for these scholarships
