How competitive is a foreign student like me?

Hello !
I am a french student currently following the OIB program on the Scientific section.
I traveled a lot around the world and I’ve always thought one of the best places for me to attend college would be MIT or Stanford.

So far I’ve been passionate about a lot of things, speak 3 languages fluently, develop project in HTML, CSS and JavaScript , participated in many contests, am the founder a youtube channel oriented on tutorials for web development and pentesting as well as my own startup. I also intended two internships.

But you see, I’ve never been the best in term of grades even (though they are nothing to laugh at) and with the two last years of high school coming for me, the OIB program will make me spend literally 11 hours in class and I won’t be able to do what I like as much anymore. That and my surrounding keep telling me that no matter what I do, I will get nowhere if I ain’t the best in the classroom.

Today I am tired and I need to know if the OIB program is recognized in these prestigious institutes and worth it, or if I should take the mainstream path for a little more free time and continue doing what I love as much as I can to attend a school I would really thrive in…

I’m really lost and I need advice, thanks in advance !

PS : If anyone could give me an idea of the correlation / scales of OIB grades to GPA, I would really appreciate it !
(if there is any mistake don’t hesitate and comment me on it so I can improve  )
