How competitive is it to get into Park? I am a junior interested in studying sports journalism and checked out Ithaca's website and it seemed like it had a good program, however the Park school of Communications seems very competitive.

Would I be okay for now as a junior on the rise with a GPA last year of a 3.1 and so far one this year of a 3.7 that is likely to stay.

Park is very competitive, I don't know about your other stats but there is a slim chance of you getting into Park with a 3.1, a 3.7 would be much better but even averaged those are below park standards. If you can get higher than a 3.7 this year that would help balance out the 3.1, or if you have excellent SAT scores and are taking hard classes.

Good luck!

I am very interested in the park school, but want to know if a 3.89 is high enough to get in along with a 670, 610 and 610 on SATs. With these scores, would I be able to get the scholarship for a full ride into Park? If my SATs were a little higher?

Can you transfer into Park? And if I did apply to the school I would note how much of a upward trend I have.

yes its good enough goodluck
