how competitive is the business program

<p>I’m accepted by UW as an undergrad freshman. But instead of my first choice business major, I got in as pre-major. So I was wondering how competitive is it to get into FSoB (especially accounting) in sophomore or junior year? And what are the requirements? Thank you ppl =)</p>

<p>I’m curious as well, I am currently a Freshman and understand it’s one of the more competitive programs of the school but don’t really know any details.</p>

<p>hey, I asked the Foster School of Business, and they said that the average GPA of those admitted for sophomore or junior year is usually between a 3.5 and 3.6. This includes students going into accounting as well. Foster usually accept about 50% of the applicants. Just to note that being an international student has no bearing on admittance.</p>
