<p>It’s a myth that it’s harder to get into from OOS. I don’t have Berkeley’s number but they announced they would be taking more OOS this year as they badly need the high fees out of staters pay.</p>

<p>UCLA accepted 28% from OOS last year as compared to 22% of in state applicants.</p>
