How detrimental is a "W" to your transcript?

I am currently a junior at a competitive public high school with a 3.71 UW GPA/ 4.39 Weighted GPA, who is taking mostly accelerated, honors, and AP courses. Due to some extenuating circumstances (bad and unfair teacher), I had to withdraw from my advanced Pre-Calculus class a couple of days after the deadline during Sophomore year. I don't want to sound like a whiny crybaby full of excuses, but this particular teacher does have a pretty bad reputation at my school. I studied as hard as I could until I felt I could take it no more, as I currently had an E at the time. In order to make up for this, I retook the class over the summer and ended up getting a B. Overall, would this W totally derail my chances of getting in a good college ?( I am interested in going to Oxford College of Emory) I have some solid ECs and awards and I get mostly As on my other subjects. I have yet to take an official SAT

It would be greatly appreciated if I could get some feedback. Thank you guys for your help
