How did SCEA Legacies fare?

<p>Cornell, I'd like to think that you are right, but are you really right if Yale is deferring legacies in the EA round? Probably the reality is that some legacies are being admitted EA, and others are being deferred. But IF it were really true that most legacies were being deferred to the RD round, wouldn't it be a waste to apply to Yale early for such a person?</p>

<p>I think it depends on whether you want to apply to anywhere else early. I don't think it hurts, other than the fact that it is disappointing to get an early deferral. But at best, you could be accepted and I think it does show Yale that you are very serious about the school.</p>
