how did you guys do #1 (b) on the 2010 chem FRQ?

<p>i did the square root and got 7.07x10^-7</p>

<p>divided by .05 and got my answer... am i right?? 0.000014 M</p>

<p>yeah, you didn’t have to divide because it was already in concentrations (the 50 mL was extra info) My answer was about 7 x 10^-7</p>

<p>On that note, did you get a really big number for how much H2O was needed to dissolve 5g AgBr (I got like 37000L or something, which is probably wayyyyy off)</p>

<p>And yes, the answer was 38000 L.</p>

<p>I just took the square root of the Ksp, I was having qualms about 37000L answer, so i didn’t put it down lol. That question was really tricky because I bet a lot of people would hold back on putitng that down there.</p>
