<p>What do we need to do beforehand? Website? Sponsors? Volunteers? Location booking?</p>
<p>Also do you know where I can get a sample charity sponsor proposals? ie. asking a company to sponsor the event?</p>

<p>Get volunteers from your school.. esp emphasize that it will look good on college applications and they will all come running in..</p>
<p>go to the sponser's website and it should say stuff about sponsering events and stuff. If not, look them up and call them.

<p>lol, it's more of a charity event for poverty, BUT it does have something to do with my role at city hall...long story</p>
