Most colleges and universities don’t even have Pre-Law, and there aren’t many activities you can do relating to Law in high school.

Get an internship at a law firm (my friend did but she has tons of connections lol!); do Model UN; get involved in things related to international relations. Your essay can be a place for you to shine.

My passions are writing and international affairs. So, I have a number of awards related to those subjects, my teachers are aware of them, I run two clubs related to human rights, my Extended Essay is on them…

You show your passion by doing everything you can to pursue your passion. For instance, you may read law journals, talk to lawyers, visit web sites to find out about what lawyers do and what one needs to do to get into law school, read biographies of famous lawyers and judges, use term paper opportunities to research things related to the law, etc.

If you really are passionate about law, you’ll do everything in your power to find out about the field and to be involved in things related to the field. You’ll do this out of your own passion, not to impress colleges.

start or join a “philosophers club”? put in hours with orgs fighting
for justice, writing letters? help provide translations to immigrants
requiring them?

showing time spent over years in a specific activity might demonstrate
ones passion.
