How difficult is it for an Out of state student to really get into UF? Any examples of rejected or accepted/attending out of state students?

i was rejected for the fall 2008 term. I’m applying for the summer. It is extremely difficult for out-of-state students because of the bright futures program, which assures a large number of spots for Florida residents. I recently became a Florida resident though so hopefully my chances have increased. good luck!

as a transfer student it’s pretty difficult. As a freshmen, you just need a good GPA and ECs. Their admit rate is 40%, but their incoming class has a high GPA.

Also if you are top 5% you are probably in.
