I recently attended a college of engineering tour at Tech with the idea in my head that I would be majoring in biomedical engineering if I attended Tech. After going to the meeting, however, I realized that a lot of what I want to do (drug and vaccine research, modification, and development) lies with chemical and biomolecular engineering. I had heard that BME was extremely difficult, which makes sense because so many people have been majoring in it in recent years. I was wondering if there was anything in particular about ChBE that made it difficult. I plan on taking the bitoechnology option. I know that all engineering majors at Tech are hard, but I want to know specifically about ChBE! Thank you!
@wanderlust9871 I have not heard anything about ChBE but I have heard that BME is really hard at tech.
General consensus is that ChBE is tied with aerospace engineering for being the most difficult major at Tech.
