I have read so many myths about Cornell's "Too" rigorous engineering curriculum. But is it impossible to get above 3.6? Any answer will be appreciated :)

It's hard...but it's possible. I was able to do it first semester as a biological engineer, and one of my friends had over a 4.0 (A+ = 4.3), as a civil engineer first semester.

It's tough, and even if you're doing very well, you might have a semester or two that falls below that. Grad schools and employers know Cornell is difficult...and while it will by no means make up for a terrible GPA, it won't be counted against you say, if you have a 3.3 at Cornell Engineering vs. a 3.6 at an easier school.

Do you think it would be wiser to go to Engineering for Computer Science or Arts and Sciences? I mean, which would be overall easier/would allow you to have a higher GPA.
