How difficult is it to transfer from UC Berkeley into an Ivy?

Coming from Berkeley isn’t going to help you, if it was just about taking kids from the best possible other colleges then Harvard would take all their transfers from Yale, Yale from Columbia, Columbia from Duke, etc., etc.
