<p>Well, we can look at SAT/ACT scores compared to auto-admits and non-top-10% admits:
Auto-Admits: 1791 SAT (2400 scale); 26 ACT
Non Top 10% Admits: 1901 SAT; 29 ACT
OOS: 1926 SAT; 29 ACT</p>

I think this leads us to believe that OOS students must be at least as academically qualified as the non-Top-10% Texas resident admits. Of course, this will all change next year with the “8% rule”.</p>
