How difficult would it be to do an internal transfer?

Hi guys, I've applied for College of Science for biology as a transfer student since I can't directly apply into Bouve for nursing. How difficult would it be for me to transfer into bouve?

http://www.northeastern.edu/bouve/undergrad/pdf/12-13%20Academic%20Progression%20Policies.pdf

As long as I follow the requirements of basically a C in all the health related courses, will it be as simple as that to transfer in successfully?

Those just seem to be the requirements of the major, not what is necessary to transfer into the program.
I know it can be done to transfer into nursing, but unlike a lot of major switches, I believe the process is competitive, or at least has certain criteria beyond a C in science classes. I’d dig around a bit more (try checking the registrar’s website) or contact thermogram directly,

thanks, i’ll definitely be putting that into consideration!
