<p>this is key, peer school transfers happen all the time, because of fit reasons and I imagine they are easier to pull off than state school –> Columbia. You must have a compelling reason for them to take you, showing that you are merely capable of succeeding academically is far from enough. You need to show them why you are truly one of the best handful of kids to take, a kid who will grab opportunity by the throat.</p>
