How difficulty is it to declare CS as a 2nd major at Northwestern?

I am interested in the interdisciplinary program in NU, but I want to know whether it is hard to select CS as my 2nd major. Is it hard to select cs courses if I am not a cs student?

Super easy if you are in WCAS (Weinberg). Most students graduate with double majors … some of the pluses of grueling quarter system
