How do Admissions check emails?

As a high school sophomore, I sent numerous unprofessional emails to professors from various universities asking for assistance (i.e an email interview) on a project of mine. The emails weren't especially rude, but they lacked any sort of sophistication one would expect from a more formal email, and the absurdity of the seemingly-random interview request only made it seem worse. Obviously I am horribly regretting this now as I type this, but onto my main question:

Would an admissions officer search their school database for any emails I have sent them? And if they discovered an email that was decidedly unprofessional (though dated), would that affect one's application?

You’re seriously overthinking this and being paranoid. relax. This is what got you in trouble the first time (the silly email bombing).

yep, they do look at emails. but of course, that is on a case-by-case basis. usually it’s to see if you’re interested in the school. anyway, i do not think admissions officers have access to professors’ emails. so it’s OK. stop worrying about it.
