I was wondering if my senior year gpa, at least the first term, will be include in the cumulative gpa? This could raise my gpa greatly because im taking more ap classes. Also how which single year gpa are the most important? Thanks guys.

Cumulative GPA at the end of first half of 12 grade.

thanks for the reply. makes me feel much more confident to know that I can improve it. Otherwise there would be no point for me to put in work in these tough classes if only up to jr year was used.

Junior year is the single most important year but senior year matters. If you stop taking hard classes you are less likely to get in and low grades will also hurt you.

Im taking hard classes. I have five ap’s but I if colleges only look at gpa up to junior year, it feels like all the work is going to be for nothing.

Well they will rescind your acceptance if your grades drop drastically, so not really. Also since it is expected that your grades will be equal to the past years they look down on lower grades with equal rigor to past years.
