How do colleges view online AP courses?

Hey guys.

So I'm a junior now, and because of MAJOR scheduling conflicts I was only able to take one AP course this year (US History) out of the three offered (APUSH, AP Eng Lang, and AP Chem). In addition, by the time I graduate I will have only taken 2 out of the 6 honors courses offered (two honors math courses). The honors courses I missed were hon eng 9, hon eng 10, hon hist 9, and honors world history. Finally, I will not be able to take AP Bio next year because in order to do that I have to take anatomy, and in order to take anatomy i have to take chemistry, which I am in right now. i would have taken chemistry first semester this year and honors alg II first semester (because the only way one can take chem is if they have taken hon alg II), but i couldn't do that because honors alg II was only offered at the same time AP US was only offered, so I had to take hon alg II second semester. I would have taken hon alg II first semester the year previously but advanced drama conflicted with THAT, so i had to take hon geom second semester of my sophomore year.

As you can see, quite a pickle (prerequisites suck).

Because I didn't feel really challenged this year I decided to sign up for some onlin AP courses. I took AP US Gov and Politics last semester online (its not a course offered at my school) and got an A. I am currently taking AP World History and AP Biology online (AP World is not offered, and I cant take AP Bio at my school next year as previously stated). I am also self studying for the AP Enviro Sci exam (my school lets one self study for as many AP's as they want).

I talked to my counselor and other teachers, and they said that they will put AP World History on my transcript but not AP Bio.

Over the summer I plan to take 5 courses at a UC, in addition to AP Physics B and AP Eng Lang. My school agreed to add AP Eng Lang and Physics B to my transcript, in addition to Precalculus (course I'm going to take at the UC because of scheduling conflicts, so I can take AP Calc next year).

Next year, if all goes well, I will HOPEFULLY get into AP Eng Lit, AP Spanish, AP Calc, and AP Euro (4 out of the 5 courses offered at my school for senior class). As previously stated, I cant take AP Bio, and I would take AP Chem but its only offered every other year, and next year just happens to be the year that its not offered, so I can't take that. In addition to these classes at my school, I plan to take AP Chem, AP Statistics, AP Microecon, AP Macroecon, and AP Psychology online.

I know its a lot to digest, but my main question is, will colleges look at these classes not on my transcript and give them the same weight as classes on my transcript? My school will only allow transfer credit for one class per subject area, and precalc, eng lang, whap, and physics b will fill those areas, so I cant add any more. Am I screwed for not taking the honors early in my high school career?

For reference, my school does the semester schedule where one takes 4 courses at a time, 2 terms for each set of courses, and 4 terms in a school year. So thats 8 courses in one total year.

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

EDIT: Schools I'm looking at:
-Cornell ILR
-Whitman
-Uni of washington

bump… pleeeeeeease help! I’m freaking out right now!

Online AP classes are fine. Personally, I took online college classes. They’re more convenient than taking them in person, but you need to have enough discipline to do assignments without a teacher looking over your shoulder.
