Furthermore, if I want to get into the Performing Arts LLC, do I apply for the Southeast neighborhood and merely hope that I get in? Or, on the flip side, is Central the better neighborhood overall?</p>

<p>There are numerous threads about which neighborhood is the best. It all depends what you want. </p>

<p>In general, you apply for a neighborhood UNLESS you are applying for an LLC. Then you select the LLC as your first choice. </p>

<p>You will list the Performing Arts LLC specifically. Once the application is available, it will be clear how it works.</p>
