How do I cancel my account? In another thread they are discussing privacy issues and things which have been made public (like our PMs)

Mary…I just had a friend check my avatar to see if my PMs showed up. They did NOT. Just FYI. And I just clicked on YOUR avatar and saw NO PMs.

How are these “public”?

I find it incredible that even on the Web version none of the links for the site map are enabled, and there is no way to disconnect our account. If you are going to copy FB, at least make it as easy to use and also a method to disconnect our accounts, delete our messages. This is an awful violation of privacy and trust. Make it right.

There has NEVER been a way to “disconnect” an account. And there has never been a way to delete all of your posts. Even if you are a banned poster, the posts you created stay. This is NOT new.
