How do I change my email/user name etc

I cant find any way to do this. I seem to remember there is supposed to be a control panel, but don’t see it on my home page.

@CCadmin_Sorin I also have the same problem as I created a new email/username after my old email got hacked, and I need to update my information. could you please help?

I saw those but I was thinking someone in admin could simply cancel my account and then I could create a new one with my existing email address and a new screen name. Possible?
