<p>I've seen people on here talking about a change in the "status" of their UW application through CollegeNet or something online. I saw the "status" right after I submitted my application online but I haven't seen anything since, even though I've logged in to CollegeNet and looked around.</p>
<p>Is there a specific place that I can look to check the status of mine? I submitted it and I got the email confirmation. </p>

<p>in a few days( maybe a couple weeks), you will receive a letter with information on setting up a UWnet ID online. You cannot check your app status before then Once you set one up and log in , you can press a link saying " check the status of my application( or something like that), and it tells you the status of your app. You may have heard about the unofficial transcript trick, which is when your app status says"We have reviewed your application. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made. ", if you check the unofficial transcript link under the student tab, and if you have a student number, you are accepted, and if the page doesn't load you are rejected. To the best of my knowledge, it works, as my transcript loaded and I got my letter in the mail about two weeks ago.</p>
<p>So anyone know how accurate the "unofficial transcript" trick is? D's loaded this am and her status changed to "has been reviewed". This would be an awesome Christmas present as UW is her #1 choice and we are from CA. Thanks!</p>
