Several of the schools I'm applying to require one math subject test and one science subject test, while others simply recommend that you send in subject tests but don't require them.

My math is all set (800 math 2 and 790 math 1), but my science not so much. I got a 710 on Bio M, which seems alright I guess, but it was only in the 64th percentile which doesn't seem too good. I just got the results back for Physics and I got a 690, but I don't know the percentile yet.

So I guess my questions are as follows:

Should I bother submitting either of my science scores to schools that don't require subject tests?

Do schools even see the percentile or just the raw score for subject tests?

Is it better to send the lower physics score if it ends up in a higher percentile than my bio score?

Should I submit all of my subject scores to the schools that only require 2?

Should I bother using that extra area at the end of applications to explain that my Physics score is as low as it is because I'm only taking a physics course for the first time this year and aside from going over the very limited practice problems with my teacher, I've never seen a lot of material on the test, or will schools be able to infer most of that based on my current-year course list?

Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
