How do I deal with horrible AP teacher?

I'm regretting the decision to take AP Lit now.

I've heard some bad things about my teacher, and I can see why. I was the only one in my group to work on the summer assignment presentation because it was sorted based on last names.

On the second day we were working on the assignment, she split one group up because there were about 9 people. Instead about assigning half of them to my group, she just told them to work on their character.

She also told me that she won't grade me harshly on the assignment since I'm working alone. She gave me a 75 even though I covered most topics on the rubric. I did about the same amount of work as one group, yet they got a B. It's not really my fault that I was all alone in the group and spent 4+ hours outside the school, is it?

She even told me that I should consider dropping the class and it's not too late to do so right when I walked into the class.

I would talk to her about your concerns if that doesn’t pan out, bring your parents into the discussion and if she is still disregarding your complaints (which are very valid) then I would bring in your guidance counselor/administration. Hope this helps!
