<p>You shouldn't have to reapply. We have a few deferrees each year.</p>
<p>My S wrote a letter explaining why he wanted to defer 1 or more years (athletic reasons). They sent a form, we sent in another $40 and he has received a letter of admittance for Sept 2006. Will receive a new package next November. We also called the admissions office and explained reasons. Looks like they may give him a defferal for 2 or 3 years if that's what he needs. (Olympic hopeful in 2010). It's important to stay in touch, have a legit reason to defer. Some restrictions -- you can't enroll anywhere else or you become a transfer student and lose admission. You then have to apply as a transfer so be careful.</p>
