how do I delete recent searches on google and youtube?

<p>how do I delete recent searches on google and youtube? I haven't done anything about it in month, and that little scroll menu thing is getting way too long - how do I delete it all?</p>

<p>and this is how:</p>

<p>start menu > control panel > network and internet connections > internet options > content. ( at the bottom of the pop-up, adjust the auto complete settings to your preference)…</p>

<p>and it took me an hour to find that out! :D</p>

<p>If you want to delete just one list, pull down the list and put your mouse over the first item. Then fall asleep on the delete key until the list is gone.</p>

<p>Did you know that if you have a gmail account, google tracks your searches . . . and you can’t delete it. It stays there.</p>
