Do the essay questions change from year to year?

<p>Georgia Tech's personal essay question was the same for 2006-2007 and 2007-2008.</p>
<p>In 2007-2008, they introduced three new short essays, two of which must be answered for Presidential Scholars and Honors Program consideration.</p>
