How do I find out where students at a college come from?

So I was wondering if there's a way for me to find out where students at a college come from? Like I live outside of Philadelphia and I'm trying to find out what colleges other kids from philly go to. I've found a bunch of stuff about "X amount of students from Pennsylvania go to school in State" but I want to know more specifically "X amount of students at ThisCollege come from the Philadelphia area."
Does anyone know where I can find data like that? I've been scouring the web for a couple days now and pretty sure finding that kind of information takes some special knowledge, so coming here to ask (maybe a college counselor would know??). I might just resort to looking up the matriculation info for college bound high schoolers at specific high schools in the area, but that's gonna take such a long time :(

Thanks sooo much for your help.

The National Center for Education Statistics Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System has data on the state of residence for incoming first-year students. So for any given college, you could tell how many first-years came from Pennsylvania. You could also rank all colleges on the number or proportion of first-year students who came from Pennsylvania. Unfortunately that data does not get down to the county level or deeper, so you wouldn’t be able to focus in on Philadelphia.

If there are specific colleges you’re interested in, you can ask the admissions or institutional research offices there for detailed information on the permanent residence of incoming first-year students. I’ve done that more than once for prospective students.
