How do I fix the mistakes I have made on my academic coursework section?!

<p>I need to notify the campuses, but I don’t know if they will still accept them. I have already made changes for UCD via their website and UCSD and UCLA by email some time ago. How do I notify Berkeley and Irvine of my changes?</p>
