How do I get from a 23 to a 34/35/*Hopefully*36?

I took the ACT in September after two months of constant studying and ended up with a solid 23 in every part. I could not believe it, but I realized that I am still only a junior and this was my first time taking the exam in real testing conditions.
It was a bit nerve-racking, but really I was mainly focused.
Here is where I think things went wrong... I messed up majorly in reading and science because I completely threw every strategy I thought I knew out the window. I was reading passages thoroughly(wasting time) and just getting lost in the test that way. I managed to finish every section, of course, which I was happy about.

Now, I planned to do really well this time of year(I know it's strangely early) but I want to use up all my chances because I want to get a really high score. I really really want it. I know it's far but I'm pretty sure with my dedication I can make it. But I need a different approach.

I took Veritas Prep, which was amazing, but I already know all their sample problems/practice tests/etc. so I don't want to waste money going back and doing it again. I still have all my notes from them which shall be helpful again.

However, I think I may need to try another tutor/study class. Any of which you guys may recommend? I am really going to look into it thoroughly.

Also, I signed up to take the October test on the 25th(I believe, I may be wrong), so I hope to get more used to taking the test under pressure.
And again, I am noticing that as I go through my junior year of high school I am learning more ACT related concepts that sure would have helped me back in the Summer when I was learning the major tricks. So I hope that as I learn new material my score may increase.

Anything is possible, but we all know this is close to impossible. So I want to beat this ACT, I need your help.
Any suggestions?

Thank you :)

Depends. What did you get on those ones in Veritas Prep?

Yeah, what were you making on your practice tests? Because that’s a large leap to make. I made a huge leap to a 34, but that would be even higher than mine.

I was getting 26/27/28 on the practice tests at Veritas
