It may be cliche to say this, but Stanford is really my dream school. I don’t only want to work for my own success, but I want to work for the world’s success which is a notion many students share at Stanford. I believe that’s what makes Stanford unique as compared with the other schools. I hope when I grow up, I don’t just a want to be a statistic. I hope I’m not just a number. I want to induce change in the world. The difference in beliefs and values I hold to myself compared to others at my school is a stark contrast. Each little bit they do is for themselves, is for their pride, is for their “Harvard.” But what I do is not for just myself, but for those around me and everyone in existence.
Sorry, but that being said, how can I increase my chances of getting in? What do Stanford students do which makes them different from those around them? Besides just the difference in values. And how can I increase my chances?
Thank you.
