How do I go about answering these sort of questions on applications?

<p>I've seen a few of the "If you visited our campus, please give date(s) and details:" questions on the supplements I've been filling out.</p>

<p>What do I say on them, generally? Can I just say "I visited on X date at X time," or do I have to go into greater detail? I'm afraid if I went into greater detail on these questions (especially by writing stuff like "I was impressed by X building when I visited, and really liked the Y feature of the campus) I would sound like I'm brown-nosing. I'd rather write too little than sound like a brown-noser.</p>
