How do I go about finding Engineering Internships in St. Augustine?

I'm a UCF freshman majoring in Electrical Engineering (well, technically a sophomore with credits). I'm finishing up the last of physics, calculus, and Diff. EQ this semester. Anyways, I really want to start getting engineering experience now. Most likely I'll be living in St. Augustine this Summer, so I was wondering how do I go about looking for engineering internships in that area (maybe some in Jacksonville)? Is there any way to find an internship that's part time?
And, how does sales experience look on a resume for engineering? Basically, I've been very successful in a sales position for a job I have, and I absolutely love it. I'm actually moving up into an assistant manager position in a few months, and a little later I'll have the opportunity to interview people. I know that's great experience and all, but how would that compare to doing some engineering internship (which would obviously be a very low-level one because I haven't taken upper level classes yet)? I'm having trouble deciding whether to get a full-time internship and take a break from my job, do a part-time internship and keep the job over the summer (which I would love), or just straight up put all my efforts into being a sales manager.
I don't know if it's relevant, but I have things under my belt such as ECs, tutoring, volunteer work, and a 3.76 GPA.
But, the most important question here is, how do I find internships in St. Augustine/Jacksonville?

1) Work extensively with UCF’s career center

2) Email every single engineering firm (or firm that could use engineers) in the Jacksonville / St Aug area, explain your situation, and see if they’re interested in taking you on as an intern.
