<p>Yeah, I don't want to sound proud and puffed up, but she just wrote a rec for me for a summer research program, and you could tell that she enjoys me -- but I think it's ultimately because I enjoy her company. She's certtainly become the "surprise" of my "career" at the CC -- little did I know when she subbed for my bio class that she would be such a great form of encouragement to me!</p>
<p>I mean I relate more to older people than the mostly immature children I have seen. I have also only liked older men. ;)</p>
<p>I'd rather listen to a teacher talk about their research interests than a kid tell me (or anyone for that matter) how they got drunk last night that's for sure.</p>
<p>Oh of course! Yes, nowadays, especially on this site, the kids are very bright, they crave stimulating and interesting conversation. I guess, just for that reason the kids here go to the colleges they go to.</p>
