How do I know if a cheating allegation got put on my high school transcript?

My teacher accused me of cheating on a small assignment in my junior year. I explained to him that it wasn’t possible that I had cheated, and he seemed to believe me. I still got the same good grade on the assignment, my guidance counselor never mentioned anything to me, and I never got any disciplinary action.

Is there anything I can do to confirm that my record is clean for college applications, or should I just assume that I’m safe?

To be clear, I really didn’t cheat on the assignment.

You can ask your guidance counselor to see a copy of the transcript that will be sent to colleges. No explanation is necessary other than that you want to confirm it is correct.

I would guess that you are is fine since there were not any negative consequences on the assignment in question.

If it wasn’t reflected in your grade or on your disciplinary record, then I’m fairly sure that it was over long ago.
