how do i know if a major is impacted?

<p>I got into ucsd's sixth college as undeclared- social sciences, and I am thinking of either doing a psych major or a poli. sci major...or perhaps a double major of both?</p>

<p>how would i know if one was impacted, and if so, would it still be possible for me to declare it as my major? am i supposed to declare my major now or in the fall when school starts?</p>
